CLINICAL DIRECTOR
The Ranch is seeking a qualified and experienced Licensed Clinical Director for our amazing Residential facility. Position requires a minimum of a Masters level in Psychology or a related field. A successful candidate must be a LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, and/or a Licensed Psychologist. In addition, applicants must possess at least four years experience in a residential setting using the 12-step model. This person will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary treatment team as a residential therapist. Candidate must also possess dynamic group facilitation skills, strong boundaries, and on-call availability. Personal recovery is a plus.
Job Duties will include but not limited to:
- Overseeing day to day clinical services
- Supervising clinicians and the licensing ability to supervise interns
- Carrying a client caseload
- Participating in clinical program development
- Completing Clinical assessment and treatment plans for assigned clients
- Initiating/updating discharge plans upon admission and at discharge for assigned clients
- Facilitating comprehensive evaluation and diagnostic summary for assigned clients
- Conducting Individual sessions for all assigned clients (at least once a week)
- Conducting Group counseling, education, and meetings per program schedule
- Coordinating all treatment services needed for assigned client case load
- Supporting aftercare program by meeting with alumni on an as-needed basis
- Contacting all family members and referral soureces weekly
Required Qualifications:
-Prior experience in Managerial Role a Must
-Clinical Liscensure Mandatory
-Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills
-Must be able to prioritize and multi-task.
-Must be knowledgable in therapuetutic models as it relates to CD, ED and mental illness
LICENSED THERAPIST

- Individual sessions for all assigned clients
- Group counseling, education, and meetings per program schedule
- Family/conjoint therapy as specified in individual clients treatment plans
- Coordination of all treatment services needed for assigned client case load
- Contacts all family members weekly and referral sources
- Must be Licensed
- Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
LICENSED REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
The Ranch is seeking a full time qualified and experienced licensed R.N. for our amazing Residential facility. Position requires a license, and the successful candidates must possess at least five years experience in a residential setting and/or three years in a behavioral health setting.
Job Duties/Requirements but not Limited to:
-Must be available on call when needed for consultation and emergencies.
-Be proactive in notifying appropriate individuals when necessary.
-Coordinate with attending physicians to ensure all admission orders are addressed and appropriate ancillary assessments and service are provided.
-Complete documentation in an efficient and timely manner, including nursing assessments, transcriptionof MD and/or NP’s phone orders, appropriate policies and procedures, medication administration sheets, and progress relative to the client’s treatment plan.

DIETICIAN
The Ranch is seeking a full time qualified and experienced Registered Dietician for our amazing Residential facility. The Dietician is responsible for the development and implementation of high quality, comprehensive nutritional care for the supported living facility.
Job Duties/Requirements but not Limited to:
B.S. Degree in nutrition or related field
Local Registered Dietitian and member of American Dietetic Association
Experience in Eating Disorder Preferred
Facilitate 1-2 nutrition groups per week
Consult and meet with clients from our 3 non-ED houses
Attend staffing every week
Plan special diets an supervises the preparation
Instructs clients and staff in principles of nutrition and modifications of normal diet
Ability to be self-directed and have the ability to work independently
SPECIALTY PRACTITIONER (LICENSED)
The Ranch is seeking qualified and experienced Licensed and Certified, Specialty Practitioners for our amazing Residential facility. Position requires a minimum of a Masters level in Psychology or a related field. A successful candidate must be a LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LMFT, and/or a Licensed Psychologist. In addition, applicants must possess at least two years experience in a residential setting using the 12-step model. This position will be an integral part of the multidisciplinary treatment team as a Clinical Specialist. Candidate must also possess dynamic group facilitation skills, strong boundaries, and potential on-call availability. Personal recovery is a plus.
Candidates must possess one of the following Certified Specialties:
● Somatic Experiencing; Sensory Psychomotor; Hakomi; or Somatic Transformational Therapy; and/or
● EMDR Certifed Level 2; Brain-spotting; and/or
● Breathwork
Job Qualifications and Required Skills
● Facilitates comprehensive evaluation, diagnostic summary, individualized
treatment plan, and discharge plan regarding specialized therapies for assigned
clients.
● Individual specialized therapy sessions for all assigned clients.
