REHABILITATION TECHNICIANS
Essential job duties:
• Observe and report changes in behaviors of clients
• Transport clients to and from necessary appointments
• Maintain communication with the Residential Supervisor throughout shift
• Document all care according to protocol procedures
• Attend and participate in staff meetings and in-service training
• Perform related duties as required
Requirements:
• Must be responsible and dependable
• Knowledge of the 12-step philosophy
• Personal Recovery, a plus
• Experience working in office environment preferred
• Computer literate
• Must have clean driving record
• Class B license preferred
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance
MUST BE ABLE TO EXHIBIT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR
MUST be able to work weekends and evenings
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Answer admissions calls
- Conduct client intakes
- Work with Admissions team
- This is a full time position and consists of weekends and evenings
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience with chemical dependency clients or related mental health
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills required
- Comfortable working with families in crisis
- Experience with Sales with the ability to close
- Comfortable dealing with finances
- Experience with Community Outreach, a plus
- Proficient with computer and contact management databases
- Extremely organized with great follow through
- Personal 12 step experience, a plus
- Enjoys coming to work, great sense of humor
