RESIDENT ASSISTANTS
Daily interaction with clients; transport clients to and from necessary appointments; document all care according to protocol procedures; attend and participate in staff meetings and in service training; perform related duties as required

Medical Assistants
Medical Assistants will work with Nurse on duty as support for the clients; taking blood pressures; take off orders and MARS; check CIWAS and COWS; Getting lab orders and drug screen orders ready and checked; getting the clients for the medical provider; controlling lobby area; handling immediate medical orders and participate in staff meetings and in service training; perform related duties as required. Medical Assistant Certification required.

Housekeeping Assistants
The Housekeeping Assistant will assist in kitchen clean-up during all three meals of the day, including snacks, wash bed linens daily, change bed sheets and day to day cleaning of the facility.
Flexible Schedule
LICENSED REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
The Ranch is seeking a full time qualified and experienced licensed R.N. for our amazing Residential facility. Position requires a license, and the successful candidates must possess at least five years experience in a residential setting and/or three years in a behavioral health setting.
Job Duties/Requirements but not Limited to:
-Must be available on call when needed for consultation and emergencies.
-Be proactive in notifying appropriate individuals when necessary.
-Coordinate with attending physicians to ensure all admission orders are addressed and appropriate ancillary assessments and service are provided.
-Complete documentation in an efficient and timely manner, including nursing assessments, transcriptionof MD and/or NP’s phone orders, appropriate policies and procedures, medication administration sheets, and progress relative to the client’s treatment plan.
- Must be Licensed!!

Lead Nurse
Must have valid Tennessee Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse License and 3-5 years nursing experience. Must have Supervisory / Managerial experience.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Direct patient care, including the reporting of observed changes in mental status and/or physical condition, response to emergencies, safety risks.
- Availability and timeliness in terms of 24 hour coverage for consultation and emergencies and when unavailable, informs appropriate individuals.
- Coordination with attending physicians to ensure all admission orders are addressed and appropriate ancillary assessments and service are provided.
- Complete documentation in an efficient and timely manner, including nursing assessments, transcription of MD and/or NP’s phone orders, appropriate policies and procedures, medication administration sheets, progress relative to the client’s treatment plans. Inclusion of physical health services and other related issues in clients’ treatment plans.
Medical Unit Secretary
The Unit Secretary is to assist in all day to day administrative duties at the MAS building. This includes making doctors appointments, answering calls, placing calls, filing charts, orders and maintains inventory of supplies and equipment for the unit, responsible for sending faxes, making copies, scanning and organizing unit paperwork, responsible for referrals to outside providers, responsible for requesting and sending clients records to outside providers, schedules lab pickups and mobile x-ray and assist once technician arrives, and assist with client charges. Medical field experience a plus.
Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician must have handyman skills including plumbing, electrical, general repairs, painting, basic carpentry etc. Must posess the ability to operate power tools and read measuring devices and HVAC experience a must.
Dietitian
The Dietitian is responsible for the development and implementation of high quality, comprehensive nutritional care for the facility. The Dietitian must be a registered dietitian in the state of Tennessee and a member of the American Dietetic Association with two to four years of clinical experience.
