Each entry has directions to the meeting, day and time, and the type of meeting (Big Book, open to newcomers, etc.). Users can rate and provide feedback on meetings on everything from the seating and parking to the quality of the coffee.
Recovery Tips – The app is packed with recovery-related articles and information on emotional, mental and physical health topics, such mindfulness and meditation, triggers, exercise, relationships and relapse.
Personal Journal – A daily diary helps users establish structure in their ongoing recovery. Users can track emotions as well as exposure to triggers – all of which can be helpful in highlighting warning signs of relapse or other problems.
